Hello. I'm Having Difficultys With Getting Help I Have One

Hello. I'm having difficultys with getting help I have one kidney and I'm in stage 3 of kidney disease I'm in entrusting pain I've had doc's tell me my kidney is enlarged and has fluid around it my uriter does not work correctly it is fat in some areas and tight in others I also have a stent in it my bladder is lazy and also spasms all of these situations can be painful but I can't get any answers to solve these problems and I'm in extreme pain all the time I don't take any pain meds at home because they either don't work or I have bad skin reactions like boils and soars I just want the problem taken care of WHO CAN HELP ME??
