Hello, I'm Having Very Bad Pains In My Stomach. I

Hello, I'm having very bad pains in my stomach. I have had a ulcer before and took medicine to cure it. But I think it's back and have gotten worse. My stomach makes growling sounds like I'm hungry but I have no appetite. I still manage to complete my daily activities but sometimes it hurts so bad I have to stop and lie down. I have taken Prilosec and Zantax with no positive results. I know I need to see the doctor but is there anything I can do until then.
