Im leaving in congo & my baby is sick from last week , she is having diarrhea.5 times a day I have shown to the french dctr here & they told me to do stool test & the rest given was some yeast white blood cells & they give us zitromax for 3 days . dctr told there is bacteria in stool , but i don't understand why it cause . please explain what is cause .
