Hello, I'm Looking For Answers As To What Is Causing

Hello, I'm looking for answers as to what is causing me to be nauseous frequently. I have recently had an EGD they found fundus polyps that were negative for H pylori infection and that I have moderate gastritis. I am losing weight, and not able to eat because of the nausea. I am diabetic.
