Hello. I'm Not Sure If I Have A Fracture Or

Hello. I'm not sure if I have a fracture or a bone bruise. a rock was thrown at my ankle really hard and it's bruised and swelling a little. Also it throbs and is very tender to touch but I can walk fine. Is this something I should check into? I've been icing it but it doesn't seem to get better. Thank you
