Hello, I'm Not Sure If I Perforated My Eardrum. I

Hello, I'm not sure if I perforated my eardrum. I was using a q tip to clean my ears and there was a sharp pain and a little blood on the q tip. The pain in my ear has steadily gotten worse and I think it's swollen now, but there hasn't been anymore blood or any leakage from it, and I have had migraines off and on ever since. My hearing still seams to be fine. This started yesterday morning.
