Hello, I'm Not Sure If I Should Go To The

Hello, I'm not sure if i should go to the doctors for this or not. Everyone is telling me i don't need to, but its very painful. I have flat feet, and recently i noticed this large bone on the inside of my foot. I noticed this bone around the same time that my foot really started to hurt. It hurts to touch the inside of my foot, and it hurts to put pressure on my foot. Should i go to the doctors? or can i just ice it and take ibuprofen?
