Hello.

I'm not sure if this is more of a dermatologist question or a urologist question, but I have possible chaffing on my penis that concerns me. I think it may be a friction burn from being too rough over an extended period of time. It's on the back of it and has been there for about 6 months or so. I've been using a cream I heard about that seemed to help a little, but it hasn't gone away completely yet. It's also caused a little discomfort at times. I'm not sexually active at the moment, so I don't think it's STI related. I'm just looking for advice from a specialist on how to treat it.
