Hello, I'm on 100mg quetiapine 1 tablet at bedtime for bipolar manic depressive, and I have to take a urinalysis test for a job and my paperwork from CVS pharmacy says it can cause me to have a false positive read on a drug screen, what can it cause me to test positive for so I can let lab Corp know when I give them the paperwork when I go for the urinalysis test?
