Hello I'm Prone To Yeast Infections Due To Autoimmune Disorders

Hello I'm prone to yeast infections due to autoimmune disorders and having my ovary and Fallopian tube taken out 5 months ago. I have a discomfort in my vagina when having intercourse on the top inner anterior wall of my vagina. I also have a whitish creamy discharge and my bf says it tastes sour. Is it a yeast infection?
