Hello, I'm Trying To Figure Out If I Am Pregnant

Hello, I'm trying to figure out if I am pregnant or not. For the last 4 or 5 days, I have been experiencing intense breast pain, frequent urination, thick and white discharge, some fatigue, nauseau, and a fever. I have also been battling a UTI(they prescribed me ciprofloxacine for it). I finished the prescription and am still experiencing the same symptoms(everything listed above). I also regularly take birth control. I failed two urine tests-one at home and at the hospital-a few days ago, but I understand that sometimes it takes a couple weeks after conception for it to be positive. I feel like I'm pregnant, but am I actually? Thanks!
