Hello!

In January 2016 I started working out regularly, in like a healthy way. At that time I also became a vegetarian. So my period was pretty regular, until September 2016, when it stopped. I lost quite much weight (from about 60 kg to the lowest at 53 kg, and I am 172 cm tall, I´m 16 years old) because I started restricting my eating, plus the 5-6 days a week workouts. Now I haven´t had my period in about 5 months.

Soooo... My question is: What should I do? Do I need to gain weight to get it back? Does this affect my ability to get kids?
