Hello:) In May I Saw A Neurologist For Severe Eye

Hello:) In May I saw a neurologist for severe eye twitching on left side. He said I have Myokemia. This morning I woke up w/ the left side of my face swollen and numb along/ with left side of lip looking like it was drooping. It is now 10: 21pm and is still the same. After putting ice on it earlier, I now have red splotches.

Doctor Rynne, It is very hard to get into an appt. and in the meantime this is very scary for me.
What do you think? I look forward to and appreciate your response.
