Hello. It Has Recently Been Brought To My Attention That

Hello. It has recently been brought to my attention that my father may have Parkinson's Disease. He refuses to see a neurologist because he cannot afford to pay and does not have health insurance because he cannot pay for that either. I am willing to help pay for visits but I am only a server and a full-time student. I do not have sufficient funds but I told my father I will help him in any way possible. Is there anything I can do? Please help.
