Hello, It's Been 6 Days Since My Hernia Repair And

It's been 6 days since my hernia repair and while mastirbating, I noticed that there was no pre-ejaculation so I eventually stopped. Is this a cause for concern? My surgeon told me that this is due to the swelling around my vas deferens and that I shouldn't worry.
