Hello I've Been Dealing With Hives For 2 Months And

Hello I've been dealing with hives for 2 months and don't know what caused it... I've taken a steroid one for 5 days and it didn't help, it was 5mg so I went back to my derm, and she had given me 20mg twice a day which help, I still have them a little but they go right away, I have to go back again today, I was wondering another round might knock them out totally. The allergy dr said I have pressure hives, I have knocked when I have pressure it gets red and goes away, like when I wash my face it comes and goes away, I also take Allegra once in the am. Will this go away. Please help... It does not itch I don't try to scratch it.
