Hello, I've Been Experiencing Abdominal Tightness Since Beginning Of April

Hello, I've been experiencing abdominal tightness since beginning of April it comes and goes. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests all were negative and my period was on time altho it was a lighter flow than usual. The tightness can usually occur after meal times Can you help?
