Hello I've Been Experiencing Nausea, Fatigue, Dizziness Which I Know

Hello I've been experiencing nausea, fatigue, dizziness which I know are all signs of pregnancy. I'm only 8dpo so can't test but noticed I've had lotiony white very creamy (sorry tmi) a couple times a day since the day of ovulation and breast pain since 5dpo. Ive also been experoencing cramping since ovulation wich comes and goes but is manageable. Nausea is normal for me but not lie of the others have happened since. Also my cramps go away after o day always. I started to take prenatals on the day of ovulation hoping this was my month. So my question is can the prenatals be causing these side effects? The unusual dishcharge, breast pain and light headedness when standing? I plan to test but am very curious
