Hello, Ive Been Experiencing Pain In My Heel. It Comes

Hello, Ive been experiencing pain in my heel. It comes and goes but can be very difficult to walk. I've heard of "Planters faciatis" (sp) but don't ally know what it is? I've been trying to find good support shoes, but even that isnt helping. Just ordered inserts today.
