Hello, I've Been Feeling My This Pain In My Stomach

Hello, I've been feeling my this pain in my stomach for this past week now when I drink cold water. I can't eat that I go straight to the toilet to be sick. I've been told by a friend that it could be an ulcer in my stomach and I'm pretty scared. The hospital is 1000 miles away from me and they nhs department are really bad now and they are not treating patients properly. Please would you be able to yell me what I can do.
