Hello, I've Been Getting Period Like Cramps For 6 Days

Hello, I've been getting period like cramps for 6 days straight with no bleeding. This has never happened to me before so I figured I could be pregnant . I took a test which came back negative but my period isn't due for another week is it possible that I'm pregnant and it's too early to show up on the test ?
