Hello I've Been Having A Throbbing Pain On The Left

Hello I've been having a throbbing pain on the left side of my head that comes and goes for the past 3 days. It comes in waves and when it hits my eye ear neck and head feel like I've been hit hard. I suffer from migraines but this pain is so intense when it hits that it makes me nauseous and dizzy. I take butalbital and even it isn't helping.
