Hello I've Been Having Head Aches, Bloody Noses And Feeling

Hello I've been having head aches, bloody noses and feeling extremely nauseous for the past three weeks. I also wake up every morning with a sore throats and a stuffy nose. I've tried a humidifier and that hasn't seemed to help. What could it be ?? Help.
