Hello, I've Been Having Hemorrhoids Now For 10yrs As They

Hello, I've been having hemorrhoids now for 10yrs as they are hereditary...Everything has really been fine except last 2-3 days when I have been having green crayon colored poop...I'm not straining and it's not painful nor are there any strange odors...My hemorrhoids did bleed for about a day and cleared up the day before this happens...Is this something I should be concerned about? How long before it goes back to normal?What is causing the discoloration?
PS In was juicing for a few months but stopped for past 2wks because I'm on vacation and traveled down south within the US...Not sure if you needed that info as well
