Hello, I've Been Having Problems With My Brain And Motor

I've been having problems with my brain and motor function. recently I find when I do things like type,i can't seem to coordinate . It is like my brain wont send the right signal to my fingers or it is sluggish. Comprehending is slow. I space out a lot..bad leg cramps that hurt so much that the pain is unbearable Slurred speech ,cognition issues. I used to be with it and fast paced..but I can barely concentrate.I get plenty of sleep.I admit my health is not the best.I am overweight and I smoke some. This issue has been recent, within 2 weeks. The thing that concerns me most is the typing..indicates something wrong. Took me 20 min to type this with lots of backspacing.
