Hello, I've Been Having Severe Nausea And Migraines Lately, Along

Hello, I've been having severe nausea and migraines lately, along with being sensitive to light and sound. Last night was the worst out of the week I've been having these symptoms. If this persists, should I go to the ER or will a later doctor's appointment be okay?
