Hello! I’ve Been Having Some Issues Going On For About

Hello! I’ve been having some issues going on for about a month now. I haven’t felt like myself I have acid reflux extremely bad (GURD) and gallbladder and stomach issues run in my family. I have severe pain in my right side under my ribs and it spreads to the same area but in my back. I can’t sit comfortably. I haven’t been able to eat. I get a fever and chill mix. And I get extremely nauseous. I haven’t been feeling like myself. Should I go to my local hospital
