Hello!! I've Been Having These Episodes For The Past 6

Hello!! I've been having these episodes for the past 6 months. They normally happen at night time as I'm trying to go to sleep. All of a sudden I'll feel very dizzy and then my whole body tingles and my head gets really tingly as well. I feel hot and sometimes I have nausea. I normally have a bowel movement and frequent urination(5-6 times every 10 minutes or so) I then start to have chills and sometimes I can't fall asleep. I really need to figure this out because it's ruining my life. Sometimes as I'm laying in bed I'll get the tingly feeling a few more times but not as bad. Help.
