Hello! I've Been Having Trouble With My Throat For About

Hello! I've been having trouble with my throat for about 4 weeks already, probably more and the doctors stopped giving me antiobiotcs. I had strep throat first and I feel like it's still there but the doctor had said that I'm fine.
The other day I accidentally hit my tonsil with my toothbrush and it began to bleed a lot eventually it stopped the next morning. My question is, is it okay to smoke marijuana with my throat/tonsil like this or is it something I shouldn't do.
