Hello I've Been Prescribed Novo Lexin 500 Mg 4 Times

Hello I've been prescribed novo lexin 500 mg 4 times a day for 10 day over a bad healed operation I gotten few years back in my right ear ( which is inflamed/swollen /very painful) my question is when should the swelling subside and in the process of healing? (Since its my second day taking the medications and worried I should go back to the emergency)
