Hello, I've Been Taking Fluclocillin 500 Antibiotics 4 X Times

Hello, I've been taking fluclocillin 500 antibiotics 4 X times a day for a bacteria infection I had under my skin, I've been on them for 8 and half days, it's got so much better but there is still a small lump, do I need to continue taking the antibiotics until the infection (lump) has totally gone? It doesn't hurt, I don't notice it's there unless I look. I really don't want to keep using the antibiotics. The doctor gave me 2 X prescriptions of 24 pills and said I may need to use the second prescription which I've used for a couple of days.
