Hello, I've Been Treated For Over 20 Years For Neuropathy

Hello, I've been treated for over 20 years for neuropathy (horse accident) my nerves were crushed. My family dr had me going to different PTs and different non narcotic Meds for 2 years. Then he put me on a narcotic.
I've been on every narcotic that has been out. In 1995 he put me on one saying it was new and non addicting, plus only having to take every 12 hrs. It was amazing. I got my life back and could take care of my kids and could also work. Then in 2000, it was in the news and the papers bc the drug dealers were crushing it. So I asked for something different. I didn't want OxyContin in my house or body. We tried everything, finally he put me on fentynal patch, one every 36 hrs. It worked no side effects. Husband didn't like it on my body. My dr retired and new dr sent me to pain dr. This was 2012, they put me on oxy the new version and percocets 3 to 4 a day. The oxy made me sick, complained to FDA, now I've had 10 cortesteriod shots, which I did in less than 12 months, did help for 2-3 days only. Now I have new pain dr, who just diagnosed me with fibromyalgia too.
MRI showed crushed nerves and arthritis in left hip. He put me on Nerontin, mobic, and 3xday loratab. My pain level is about an 8 now instead of a 3 from bf. husband wants me off all Meds, he says they are the problem.
I would have a shot every month if it helped and no drugs to take but the shots not helping. Please can you give me some other alternatives, I'm also seeing a pain shrink every week to. Help. I would go to a rehab if I thought it was the Meds causing the pain. Thank you. S.Denham
