Hello, I've Been Wearing Contacts Since I Was A Teen

Hello, I've been wearing contacts since I was a teen and have never had problems until in my 40's. I've been wearing 30 day contacts which often became foggy and filmy (allergies?), so my doc recommended once daily wear lenses. Unfortunately, my lenses are still fogging up due to allergies and this is only after a few hours of wear. What's a gal to do?
