Hello! I've Been Working Quite A Bit Recently, And In

Hello!
I've been working quite a bit recently, and in the past week or so I've begun to feel a bit off. I've tried a couple different things to correct it and nothing seems to be working that well. The first time it happened was after a night of basically no sleep (an all nighter) involving a lot of drinking. I went to work the next day and in the middle of my day suddenly got hit with the strangest feeling- my heart rate sped up, I couldn't continue speaking to the person I was helping, and my perception/vision seemed to shift. I felt very faint. I went home and slept the rest of the day, seemed to feel a bit better the next day but it keeps happening now. I've begun to cut back on everything I can think of- I've begun being very vigilant about sleeping a proper eight hours, I don't allow myself the same amount of caffeine (starting today), and I've cut drinking out as well in the past couple of days. I drink about 2 liters of water a day (I'm a 5/7 female who weighs about 120). It seems to happen more, or I notice it more, when I'm at work and interacting with people. Suddenly I will feel very strange and speaking feels difficult and makes me feel shaky and weird. Objects around me seem slightly off- its difficult to describe. Can you suggest any causes or things I could do to feel better?
