Hello, I've Developed Eight Or Nine Red, Extremely Itchy Bumps

Hello, I've developed eight or nine red, extremely itchy bumps scattered on my abdomen, lower back, lower leg, groin, back of neck, and back of arm. I've had some of them for six months or more, and a new one appears periodically. They are terribly itchy, and applying Hydrocortisone and Bactroban have not helped. They do not seem to go away. I have no other symptoms at all.
