Hello. I've Done A Blood Test And I Have An

Hello. I've done a blood test and i have an elevated serum cortisol level. It's 30.7 ug/dl taken at 1 pm. I was referred to an endocrinologist but my appoinment is still so far. Is there something i could do or supplement i could take until my doctor's appointment? I'm symptomatic. Lots of discomforts like dizziness, palpitations, nervousnesss and others. I've done other tests like 2decho and ecgs and xrays and they are all fine.
