Hello. I've Had 3 PICCs And Need A 4th. All

Hello. I've had 3 PICCs and need a 4th. All gave me chronic terrible heart palpitations, and I could not lie, lean, or sleep on my left as it induced even more severe palpitations. Only after my body had pushed the PICC lines out about 3 cm did the heart problems stop. I know total PICC length they have been using is 41 cm. My question is: When having my 4th PICC installed can I just request that the total length be 38 cm so I can spare myself another round of heart troubles?
