Hello, I've Had A Cough And Cold For About A

Hello, I've had a cough and cold for about a month. I think I pulled a muscle in my rib last week after sneezing, but it's been feeling better. Just now I sneezed and heard/felt a pop in the same place. It feels as though a rib has been displaced or something. What could it be?
