Hello, I've Had A Sore Spot On My Head For

Hello, I've had a sore spot on my head for months, it's burns actually. I thought it was a spider bite but it never got better. Now there is a dent there, I saw a pinkish red spot especially after pushing on it and the hair is bald there. Is it possible I have skull mets that have come through to the skin?
