Hello ! Ive Had A Sore Throat All Day, Just

Hello ! Ive had a sore throat all day, just on my left side of the back of my throat. I tried eating (a late) breakfast , but wasn't able to keep it down. I noticed when I rinsed my mouth out, I was spitting out little bits of brite red blood in my saliva. Ive been doing this all day . I haven't been too concerned about it , thinking maybe I bit my tongue or something when I vomited. But my sore throat is worsening. I tried to look at my tonsils, and at the back of my throat , it looks like an acne bump (white) on my left tonsil but there is traces of blood all around it.... possibly the bits of blood Ive been spitting up. Tonsillitis ?
