Hello. I've Had Athelete's Foot For At Least Four Or

Hello. I've had athelete's foot for at least four or five years. It has got worse over the last two years. Last year I tried Scholl fungal nail treatment. I applied the treatment as directed, and after a few weeks of use my entire nail came off, leaving about a centimeter of toe nail attatched to the nail bed. Gross! i was told the nail would grow back in about a year. It actually took about 9 months, but has grown back a dull dark grey, with ridges, I can also see/feel that it has not grown back attatched to the nail bed. Clearly, it is still infected. The only time this problem seemed to ease, was when I was away on holiday, scuba diving in the Red Sea. The heavy salt content, and being in the water for most of my holiday made it disappear... until i got back to England. What next?
