Hello. I've Had Constant Nausea For Over 2 Weeks With

Hello. I've had constant nausea for over 2 weeks with pain on my left side. On occasion it starts behind my left shoulder blades around to my chest cavity. It hurts in my stomach area as well. Have not actually thrown up but have coughed up yellow green fluid. My bm's are not the norm.this has affected my sleep as well. Any suggestions on what it could be. It has gotten worse over the past few days. I'm trying to tolerate it with the holidays and all.
