Hello I've Had My Implanon In Now For 4 Years!

Hello I've had my implanon in now for 4 years! Lately I've been sick on the stomach, feeling like I may faint, sense of smell is high, moody, emotional, all of the pregnancy symptoms? I'm having them? My cycle came a day early but it wasn't regular, it usually last 4 days but I spotted for about 7 or 8 days, could I be pregnant! Oh yea I had unprotected sex on the last day of ovulation. HELP!!!!

I had two hpt but both were negative, could it be the implanon causing the negative result?
