Hello I've Had My Nexplanon For 9 Weeks Now. I

Hello I've had my nexplanon for 9 weeks now. I got it after I had abortion. For the past week I've had a brown discharge it's like it's on one or two days and then it goes and away and then it comes back. Will it go away or should I see a doctor. I'm a little concerned because I really like the Nexplanon?
