Hello. I've Had No Sexual Partner For Nearly Two Years.

Hello. I've had no sexual partner for nearly two years. No symptoms. Met a new guy November! I've just tested positive for chlymydia. Is there a chance it could have been dormant? In those two years I've had various urine tests for other things and a vaginal swab for thrush. I also had a hysterectomy 14 years ago.
