Hello, I've Had Some Dull Shoulder Pain Possibly Due To

Hello, I've had some dull shoulder pain possibly due to working out on the weekend, but today, after resting yesterday, am experiencing alarming sharp chest pain when i cough, sneeze or even clear my throat. Chest, neck and shoulder feel a little tight, but no mobility pain. Is this related and can it be treated with shiatsu?or is this serious?
