Hello I've Had This Sinus Infection Following A Severe Allergy

Hello I've had this sinus infection following a severe allergy reaction to the vapours from a bathroom cleaning agent. I was sneezing, sinus pressure on the left side of my head, the gums on the left side of my mouth all sensitive, ulcer feeling on my gums. When I'd eat my teeth would feel sore to press on and I think that was the senstion of the radiating mouth ulcer. Now all that's settled however I woke up this morning and noticed numbness in the corner of my left lip. The gland on that side feels a bit sore and my left nostril feels tickly like I want to sneeze. I'm concerned about the numbness in my left lip. Could this be part of the sinus infection?
