Hello, I've Just Been Discharged From The Hospital For A

Hello, I've just been discharged from the hospital for a tonsillectomy that was just done at 9am est. I'm feeling lots of phlegm in the back of my throat that I'm trying to "hork" back, but I just can't because of the pain and swelling. Could you give me any advise as to how I can rid of this phlegm? It's heavy and uncomfortable in the back of my throat. Any advise is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
