Hello, I've Just Discovered Both My Breasts Are Leaking A

Hello, I've just discovered both my breasts are leaking a greenish/clear liquid......I'm 33 years old, not pregnant...my youngest child is 12 years old and I've had the mirena coil since Sept of this year....if you could give me any advice, I'd really appreciate it as I'm pretty freaked out right now !
