Hello I've Just Seen A Doctor Now At A&e But

Hello I've just seen a doctor now at A&e but they just advised I take stronger paracetamols and come back if it's worse. I've been experiencing headaches over the past month but would take paracetamol. Today, however ive experienced some type of sensation on my right side of my head, like fluid moving down and when I lay my head same thing and fluid moving in all directions. The doctor today examined my blood test which was okay, eye sight and my brain control etc. I did tell her that this fluid movement has never happened before, but I'm very unsure about what it could be as it never happened before, usually its migraine only. Just wanted advice on what this could be
